The 1st Youth Pentecost Retreat was conducted by Kairos in Villa Antonio Resort, Union Village, Bagumbong, Caloocan City last November 30, 2007. The retreat was attended by 22 young people from the Immaculate Concepcion Parish in Greenfields III Subd., under the Diocese of Novaliches and 10 particpants came from the San Isidro Labrador Parish in Bagong Silangan, in Quezon City.

The Youth Pentecost Retreat is an adaptation of the Catholic Life in the Spirit Seminar.  It is designed for the youth and the young at heart. Jesus said that we must be like children in order to enter the Kingdom of God (Mark 10:15). Through the retreat, the young people experienced the outpouring of the Holy Spirit just like what the disciples experienced during the first Pentecost (Acts 2:1-47).
