Another first for Kairos is the conduct of the Christian Leadership Training for parish youth on April 7, 2004 at Saint Raphael Archangel Parish in Rodriguez, Rizal. This was intended as a follow up program for the parish youth who have attended the NEOS YES in December. Eighteen parish youth and four members of NEOS participated in the training.

The youth leaders were trained in the skills of communication, valuing of the human person, understanding of group dynamics and the qualities of a good leader, using the see-judge-act method, and understanding the mission of a Christian and  the Church as a community of brothers and sisters.
