Last August 9, 2008, Kairos conducted the NEOS Youth Encounter Seminar for 11 children of the employees of the ON Semiconductor Philippines, Inc. OSPI is an international semiconductor and manufacturing firm situated here in Carmona, Cavite.

Kairos accepted the invitation from Czareana Tibay, the Employee Relations and Organizational Devt Officer of ON Semiconductor Philippines, Inc. (OSPI) 

Part of their invitation says:

"We at high passion in providing work-life balance to their workforce and we consistently ensure that we also offer livelihood or life guidance not only to our people but to their families. We sustain events and engagement activities for the employees and their families, part of which is this one new project that we are looking into is a one time “Teener’s Weekend Encounter”.

"This session is for children of our employees, with ages 13-19 and with the objective of helping them become better individuals as they proceed to greater heights in their lives, academically, emotionally and even spiritually. We all agreed here to have a one time meaningful session for this and as we were doing our research on the best sessions that we can offer to these youth we came across YES!."
